How do I return an item?

Material cannot be returned without prior authorization. We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. The return of obsolete, discontinued, or modified parts will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return, you will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee. Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 2 days of receipt.
